In der K\u00fcche bereiteten wir die Gerichte zu. Als Vorspeise gab es Salat \u201eStolitschnij\u201c, der im 19. Jh. auf keinem Festmahl fehlen durfte. Als Hauptgericht wurden entweder Pelmeni \u2013 eine russische Nudel-Spezialit\u00e4t mit Fleischf\u00fcllung \u2013 oder Spagetti Bolognese nach russischer Art serviert.
